The Chancellor of Sports University of Nigeria (SUN) and Senator representing Delta North senatorial district, Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, along with Senate President Senator Godswill Akpabio and other Distinguished senators, have set out for Ivory Coast to support the Super Eagles of Nigeria as they face Angola in the Quarter-final phase of the Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire 2023.
The stage is set for the Quarter-final phase of the Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire 2023. Three-time champions, Nigeria, will be facing Angola in the first quarter-final fixture today, February 2nd. What better way can sports enthusiast Senator Ned Nwoko prove his title as the Face of Sports Tourism Africa than by being in Ivory Coast live to support the ongoing AFCON 2023 and, most importantly, joining thousands of other supporters to cheer the Super Eagles as Nigerians anticipate their triumph?
The fervent sports enthusiast was seen alongside his actress wife, Regina Daniels-Nwoko, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, as they departed for Ivory Coast in their private plane.
