Tompolo a gift to Niger Delta, must be protected, human rights activist says
A notable traditional high Chief of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Comrade Chief Sheriff Mulade has congratulated High Chief Government Ekpemupolo aka Tompolo on his 50th birthday anniversary.
Chief Mulade, who is the Ibe-Sorimowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom and the National Coordinator, Center for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, told journalists in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, that Chief Ekpemukpolo is a dynamic man of impeccable character, high inspirational wisdom and drive for accomplishing great feats for Gbaramatu Kingdom and the Niger Delta Region.
He said Tompolo had always been motivated by the marginalization of the region, adding that he has a strong will to emancipate the people of the Niger Delta Region.
He said with his drive, motivation and strong character, Tompolo is a gift, not only to Gbaramatu Kingdom but also to the entire Niger Delta Region and a rare gem that must be protected and emulated.
Chief Mulade wished him well in life and prayed for God’s protection over him and his family as he celebrates his 50th birthday.
