We’re providing classy service for people on east of the Niger, Pentland Realties CEO says
ShareTweetShareShare

Chief Executive Officer of Pentland Realties Ltd, Emeka Eboagwu, on Monday said the real estate investors are providing a classy service estate for the people on the east of the Niger.

The estate site which the investors named Felicity Park located in Asaba is said to be in response to the need to provide best in class for the people living in the fringe of the River Niger in the Asaba axis.

Speaking to journalists, during a press conference in the state capital, Mr. Eboagwu said the Felicity Park is a 22.13 hectares green field land located in Azagba Ogwash, a suburb of the Delta state capital territory, a five minute drive from the capital territory and a four minute drive from the Asaba international airport.

According to him, the proposed development is a secured residential layout with estimated 267-300 housing units catering for varying residential building styles, with a family styled oriented scenery to children parks and park club house for all sporting activities.

Flanked by Joseph Umeh, director of projects and Patrick Mbonu, the CEO said the park is targeted to initially start with a sale of plots for 20% of the initial land allotment to allow for the initial funds for infrastructural development and key components of the park.

He explained that the target market are career middle citizens and Diasporians looking for a world class estate and a secured living experience within the Asaba region.

He said a living experience within the park would commence by the second quarter of 2023 “as we hope to execute development in phases” just as he said the investors have engaged the services of world class architects, structural engineers,  and builders, project management consultants, estate and quantity surveyors.

He noted that Pentland Realties Ltd is a real estate investment and management company with focus on meeting customers need through cutting-edge architecture designs that are sustainable and affordable.

He said the company incorporated in 2016 is geared towards providing the best in service delivery, infrastructure, environment, security and style through strategic and value-driven partnership with stakeholders.
