The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has announced that suspended police officer, DCP Abba Kyari has been arrested.
It would be recalled that Mr Kyari was declared wanted on Monday over his involvement in a 25 kilograms cocaine deal.
Speaking about his arrest in a statement, NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi revealed that the police handed Kyari over.
The suspended police officer was driven into the NDLEA headquarters in Abuja at about 5pm alongside ACP Sunday J. Ubua; ASP Bawa James; Inspector Simon Agirgba and Inspector John Nuhu.
While stating that the suspects will be interrogated and investigated thoroughly, NDLEA vowed that no stone will be left unturned to ensure that they face the full weight of the law.
