Charles Soludo, the governorship candidate of All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, has said he has been unable to vote due to technological issues.
It was gathered that as at 1 pm, the candidate was yet to cast his vote at his polling unit.
Addressing the issue, Soludo noted that there are little or no presence of security agents, and not enough INEC officials in the voting unit.
According to him, the situation was similar in many parts of the state.
While stating that a technical person had arrived to fix the issue with INEC equipment., Soludo called for his supporters who want to vote to exercise patience.
Meanwhile, there have been many reports of INEC officials arriving late to polling units and resulting slow speed of activities.
