Edo state government will recieve fund from the federal government for the hosting of the National Sports Festival now officially schedule to hold on April 7.
Minster of Sports, Sunday Dare, disclosed this in courtsey meeting with the host governor , Godwin Obaseki in Benin City, the Edo state capital.
For Governor Obaseki, the state government will give maximum support to the federal government in ensuring that the sports festival which has suffered setbacks is successfully hosted.
The Minister along side the governor, deputy and members of the LOC are soon to inspect facilities at the stadium.
