Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has assigned portfolios to the eleven newly sworn in commissioners. While some retain their former ministries, the governor created three new ministries.

4. Chief Emmanuel Amgbaduba – Oil and Gas
5. Dr. Mordi Ononye – Health
6. Hon. Ovie Oghoore – Project Monitoring and Audit
7. Mrs. Bridget Anyafulu, Esq. – Humanitarian and Community Support Services
8. Hon. Solomon Golley – Works (Rural Roads)
9. Isaiah Bozimo, Esq. – Justice and Attorney-General
10. Hon. Henry Sakpra – Special Projects
11. Hon. Jennifer Oma Adasen Esq. – Science and Technology
