The Bayelsa election petition tribunal has nullified the election of Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa state.
The nullification followed a petition filed by the Advanced Nigeria Party saying it was unlawfully excluded from participating in the election which produced Diri as governor of Bayelsa state.
The tribunal called for another election to be conducted within 90 days.
