Leading aspirant for the Warri Federal Constituency seat under the platform of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Chief Sheriff Mulade, has urged party faithful, supporters, and residents of Warri Federal Constituency to remain steadfast, hopeful, and committed to the collective struggle for a better future as preparations intensify for the 2027 general elections.

Chief Mulade, who is widely recognised as a peace advocate, environmental rights activist, development strategist, and grassroots mobiliser, stated that the increasing acceptance and growing popularity of the NDC across Delta State, particularly within Warri Federal Constituency, demonstrates the people’s desire for purposeful, transparent, and people-oriented leadership.

Speaking during consultations with party stakeholders and community leaders, Mulade noted that the 2027 political journey should not merely be viewed as another election cycle, but as an opportunity to restore public confidence in governance, strengthen democratic values, and promote peaceful coexistence among the various ethnic nationalities in Warri Federal Constituency.

According to him, unity among the Ijaw, Itsekiri, and Urhobo people remains critical to achieving sustainable development and lasting peace in the area.

He stressed that the diversity of the constituency should be seen as a strength capable of driving economic growth, political stability, and social harmony.

The NDC chieftain further assured constituents that the party is determined to redefine politics in Warri Federal Constituency through policies and programmes focused on the welfare of the people.

He explained that his vision for the constituency includes the creation of business opportunities, empowerment initiatives for women and youths, infrastructural development, and strategic investments in agriculture and fisheries.

Mulade maintained that the establishment of modern agricultural and fishery industries would not only boost local productivity but also create employment opportunities for thousands of youths across the constituency.

He added that the region possesses enormous natural and human resources that can be harnessed to reduce poverty and improve living standards if properly managed.

He also emphasised the need for responsive representation at the National Assembly, noting that the people of Warri Federal Constituency deserve a representative who understands the challenges facing the grassroots and is willing to champion policies that promote development, environmental justice, education, and economic empowerment.

Chief Mulade called on party members and supporters to remain peaceful, focused, and united, while continuing to mobilise support for the NDC ahead of the 2027 elections.

He expressed confidence that with collective determination and genuine leadership, Warri Federal Constituency can witness unprecedented growth and transformation in the years ahead.
