Delta civil servant reportedly moves out of town over cases of heavy cooperative debts
By Gladys Ekwu
A young man (name withheld) has quietly walked away from his Asaba resident without telling his wife his where about.
An eye witness told Emerald News that the man who works in one of the government establishments in Asaba woke up one early morning, picked up a nylon bag and told his wife that he was going to somewhere to come back soon.
Emerald News gathered that his wife who was anxious of her husband’s attitude insisted that he must tell her where he was going but all to no avail as the man left his car and walked away wearing shirt and trouser  with a pair of bath room slippers.
Our source said that the man who was a big boss in his office with a government vehicle has not been found since three months his wife and his friends reported his case to the police station.
Our source said that when  the members of his cooperative heard about his disapperance, some of them alleged that he was running away from paying the outrageous debt he owed his office cooperative.
Our source noted that the missing man has built two gigantic buildings in Asaba before his disapperance.
Our source also said that he was recently traced to be somewhere in Agulueri in Anambra State by security operatives before his phone got switched off.
