Deltans who gathered from the 25 local government areas of Delta state on Saturday said that the people of Delta are no longer interested in the People’s Democratic Party and the All Progressive Congress.
In separate interviews granted to Emerald News at the declaration ground in Uvwie, the youths, men and women bared their minds saying the time of PDP and APC is up in Delta state.
Many of them said for the past 23 years that PDP has been in power, they have made series of promises but they turned to be failed promises, hence they said all the people who have led the government of PDP have scammed them.
Among those Emerald News are men, youths and women from Isoko North and South, Ndokwa, Ughelli South, Udu and others. They are of the belief that with Gbagi taking the seat of power, the goodies in Delta government house will spread across the state and people will be happy.
They called on all Deltans across the 25 local government areas to file out on the election day in 2023 and vote for Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi of the SDP.
