With the kickstarting of the gubernatorial elections all over the 36 states in the country, there has been boycotting of the election in Ughelli North, Ughelli 1, Ward 7.
The turnout was very low and nothing compared to the crowd that came out en masse during the general presidential election.
As maintained by sources who spoke on anonymity, several persons boycotted the electoral process because the general elections was allegedly rigged, hence their votes will not count.
