Chief Spokesperson Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council, Dr. Yunusa Tanko, has disclosed that the Labour Party Presidential Candidate Peter Obi has filed his petition to the presidential elections tribunal in Abuja.
Tanko, in what he highlighted as “the process of reclaiming the people’s mandate” on his official Twitter handle was hopeful of the chances of the labour party reclaiming their mandate of the just concluded 2023 presidential elections in which Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the APC emerged as president-elect.
Recall that the presidential candidate of the labour party in his press conference after the elections echoed he will go to court to challenge the outcome of the presidential elections.
