Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Neche has voluntarily withdrawn from the popular Nigerian reality television competition.
Neche, who had been serving as the Head of House, announced her decision to leave shortly after Sunday’s live eviction show. She informed the other housemates in the lounge before removing her microphone and name tag and proceeding to the diary room to complete the exit process.
The reality star did not disclose the reason for her sudden departure.
Her decision reportedly left fellow contestants emotional and quickly attracted reactions from BBNaija viewers. Some fans have speculated that the announcement could be connected to a prank or an unexpected twist by the show’s organisers, although no official confirmation of such a development was given.
The 2026 season of Big Brother Naija, themed “Show Ya Sef,” began on July 26 with 24 housemates competing for a ₦160 million grand prize.
