Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, has distanced himself from the inclusion of his photograph on Muslims praying mat.
Within the last few days the mat trended on the social media, a development which drew both positive and negative reaction from a wide spectrum of Nigerians.
But Obi, in a post on Facebook on Friday, the presidential candidate said the drawing did not emanate from him nor from his campaign council.
He described the photo as being misguided even with the best of intentions.
Obi said he has respect for all religions, faith and all, hence hence, he cannot mock any faith, ethnicity, or gender.
