Hope Uzodimma, the governor of Imo state has lauded the State Anti Kidnapping Squad Command based on its commitments to the authorization of peace and security in the State.

He did this after he visited the command.

In his speech, Hope Uzodimma thanked the Anti Kidnapping Squad Command for dismantling camps of ‘unknown gunmen’ recovering caches of unlawful guns used to make turmoil and kill innocent residents of the State.

He assured them of his unalloyed support in the war against crime and in the maintenance of peace and stability in the State.

Going further, Governor Uzodimma used the opportunity to call on Ndi Imo to be part of the fight against crime and criminality in the State.

According to him, they can do this by providing information on suspects or suspicious activities to the security agencies, as it is the business of all stakeholders working with Government to stamp out crime and criminality in Imo State.
