Senator Ede Dafinone has extended warm birthday felicitations to Stella Okotete as she marks her 42nd birthday, commending her contributions to national development, party leadership, and youth empowerment.
In a statement issued on Monday, the lawmaker, speaking on behalf of his family and constituents in Delta Central Senatorial District, described Okotete as a dedicated public servant whose career reflects “purpose, excellence, and a deep commitment to making a difference.”
Dafinone particularly lauded Okotete’s role in strengthening the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State. He further acknowledged her service as Executive Director, Business Development at Nigerian Export-Import Bank, describing her performance as a testament to her competence and commitment to advancing the nation’s economic interests.
