Why I will not blame 21-year-old UNILAG student who stabbed billionaire TV boss to death

I do not want to follow popular public opinion. I want to do stand alone in my comment on the trending issue between the 21-year-old student and the billionaire Michael Ataga Usifo. This view is personal and I do not expect evetybody to agree. But I see myself moved to make this comment.

From my findings, this man Michael Ataga Usifo is a billionaire. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV and also a director in Super Network Ltd, a telecom firm. He is 50 years old and lives in Banana Island, Lagos. He is said to have married a beautiful lady, Brenda, who works as National Project Coordinator of LPG Gas Expansion Programme in the office of the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva.

Now, this man has a wife. He has children. But he abandoned his wife and went in search for 21-year-old to have fun. He brought himself so low to the extent that he gave her, as we learnt, his ATM card to withdraw any amount she wanted from his account just to get her for himself.

I am compelled to believe that he must have been the one who invited the Chidinma or someone invited her for him. I wouldn’t want to believe that it was Chidinma who invited him. He must have made the first move to corner the student. But he has a wife whom he could do anything with as far as she is his wife.

Now, can somebody tell me what Chidinma has that his wife does not have? The woman I see in the trending photos is more beautiful than small Chidinma, a 300 level student. So, what special thing was in Chidinma that his wife cannot give him? This is why I do not want to blame Chidinma. Chidinma, for her to succumb to smoking and drinking at her age of 21 means she has no proper upbringing. She is among tbe rogues and perhaps a female cultist on campus.

She must have dabbled into a lot of evils to the extent that she could drink and snoke without blinking an eye. She must have cooked herself with much otumokpos for her to drink at that her age. She is beautiful facially and appears innocent but very deadly in action. Looking at the videos trending about her, I do not see remorse in her action. So, Chidinma is fashioned to be a deadly girl. Then, a man of honour as a billionaire CEO would reduce himself to going out with such an individual.

Get me right, my grouse with Usifo is that he abandoned his wife to chase a small girl. And now he has paid the supreme price for his inordinate quest for pleasure outside his matrimonial home. He could have been happier with his wife than with deadly Chidinma.

The ladies around, many of them are beasts just as most men are. So, no one can tell among the people around is carrying the worse of devils on his head. She must have been sent to empty his life. And he fell for it. So, men should be content with their wives and turn away their eyes from small girls around them. If Usifo had turned away his eyes from the girl he would not have been a subject of international discuss in the mouth of Nigerians.

My argument now is that Usifo made a mistake by attempting to go out with a girl who is not his wife. Men should stay with their wives and maintain marital chastity. If men stay away from these dirty girls, they will save their homes, families, wives and children from unnecessary trauma of this kind. This is my submission. And I think I have not offended someone with this opinion.
