Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated the Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, HRM Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka I, on the occasion of his fourth coronation anniversary.
Dafinone, in a congratulatory message, commended the monarch for what he described as four years of exemplary leadership, noting that Uduaka I had steered the kingdom with wisdom, grace and a strong commitment to peace and development.
The senator said the monarch’s fatherly counsel and efforts to unite the various segments of Mosogar Kingdom had strengthened confidence in the traditional institution as an important pillar of community development.
According to Dafinone, effective royal leadership involves preserving the cultural heritage of a people while also providing direction for the future, adding that the Mosogar monarch had continued to uphold these values during his reign.
He joined the people of Mosogar Kingdom and Delta State in celebrating the milestone, praying that God would grant Uduaka I good health, long life and divine wisdom to continue his reign.
Dafinone also prayed for continued peace, harmony and prosperity in Mosogar Kingdom under the monarch’s stewardship.
