Senator Ede Dafinone, who represents Delta Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has marked his third anniversary in office, expressing gratitude to his constituents and reaffirming his commitment to advancing development and economic opportunities across the district.

In a statement issued on the occasion of his third year in the Senate, Dafinone thanked the people of Delta Central for the confidence reposed in him since he was sworn into office three years ago.

He also acknowledged the support of traditional institutions, community leaders, political stakeholders, youth and women groups, and residents of the district.

The lawmaker said his tenure has been guided by a commitment to effective representation, ensuring that the interests of Delta Central are adequately represented in national discourse while pursuing policies and initiatives aimed at fostering growth and development.

“Over the past three years, I have remained committed to providing effective representation, giving our people a strong voice in national affairs, and advancing policies and initiatives that promote development and opportunity across our district,” he stated.

Reflecting on the country’s economic realities, Dafinone noted that many families and businesses continue to face significant challenges.

He described the anniversary not only as a milestone for reflection but also as an opportunity to renew his dedication to public service.

“This anniversary is not merely a moment of reflection but a reaffirmation of my commitment to serve with diligence, integrity, and purpose,” Dafinone said.

“I remain dedicated to justifying the confidence reposed in me and to advancing the interests of the people of Delta Central.”
