Gbagi’s entrance brought light to SDP in Delta, says Central senatorial chairman, Dugbo
ShareTweetShareShare

The leadership of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Delta state, has described the governorship candidate of the party in the March 18, 2023 election in the state, Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi,  as a thorough bred politician who brought the party to limelight.

This is coming on the heels of news making the rounds that the former minister of state for education, demarketed the party in Delta state.

Addressing journalists at the party’s central secretariat in Warri, the Delta central senatorial vice chairman, Comrade Mike Dugbo, said the renowned criminologist is a technocrat with a vast experience in politics.

He said Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi’s entrance into the party is the best thing to have happened to the party in the state, saying Gbagi is a “highly respected, humble and humane politician who dines with the high and low in the society”.

The central chairman described the report as malicious, coming from unscrupulous elements who do not have any political value and relevance rather looking for opportunities to grab into their private pockets.

According to Comrade Dugbo, the report is a malicious roar of some uncultured and mannerless individuals, claiming to be members and proxy Excos of SDP in Delta state.

He disclosed that these same people without character and integrity, have in time past been suspended by the national leadership for lack of respect to constituted party authority.

He further described the report as a misplaced priority, malicious and last fight of a failed people who lack vision for the party.

He bemoaned the “milk him die attitude”, “pull him down syndrome” and he goes nowhere” stomach infrastructure, they are known for.
