Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state has said that he remains governor despite the decision of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
On Tuesday news broke out from Abuja, detailing reasons why the governor and his deputy should not parade themselves as governor of Ebonyi state.
The court ruled that the votes that brought him to power belong to PDP and not APC, hence defection is unconstitutional.
Briefing journalists at the Ebonyi state government house, Umahi said the ruling is jungle justice, saying it was judgement purchased.
He added that the ruling was not good for the Nigerian judicary.
