Vice president Yemi Osibanjo has sent his condolences to the popular musician, David Adeleke, best known as Davido, and his fiancé Chioma Rowland, over the death of their son, Ifeanyi.
3years old Ifeanyi had drowned in a pool in Davido’s Banana Island home on 31, October.
In Osibanjo’s tweet, issued by his media aid, Laolu Akande, he described the death of the 3-year-old as tragic, and commiserated with the Adelekes.
“Dolly & I are greatly saddened by the tragic loss of Ifeanyi, the dear son of Davido & Chioma. We pray our Lord Jesus Christ will comfort & uphold both of them through this traumatic experience. Amen.
“We also commiserate with our brother, Dr. Deji Adeleke and the entire Adeleke family. You are constantly in our thoughts and prayers,” the tweet read.
