Professor Yemi Osibanjo, Nigeria’s vice president is grateful to God for sparing his life in a plane crash that would have taken his life and that of 11 others on February 2, 2019.
In a post he made on February 3, he said it would have been a day of sorrow and sadness but it is now a day of gladness and joy. He is remembering February 2 as the day God showed him mercy.
Hence he wrote this:
“It would have been remembered as a day of sorrow because of the helicopter crash on February 2, 2019 involving me and 11 others but we thank God it is instead a day of victory and thanksgiving.”
