Photograhs posted on Facebook have shown daughter of secretary to Delta state government, Chukwufumnaya Ukah celebrating graduation from Birmingham university.
The photo posted by Nelson Egware, senior special assistant to Delta state governor, shows the SSG, Patrick Ukah, his wife Perpetual in the university premises in UK.
In the post, Egware wrote: “Delta SSG, Chief Patrick Ukah and wife Perpetua Ukah celebrate daughter Chukwufumnaya, who graduated with LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Birmingham.”
