The People’s Democratic Party in Delta state has picked Monday Onyeme as running mate to Sheriff Oborevwori, governorship candidate of the PDP.
Oborevwori who is Speaker of the state house of assembly won the governorship primaries on May 25, 2022.
Monday Onyeme is the chairman of the Delta Board of Internal Revenue, a d he is from Ndokwa west local government area of Delta state.
He will be presented for screening in Abuja on Wednesday. One of the reasons adduced for his selection is his financial muscle to join in piloting the campaign for the general elections.
