Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated renowned scholar, statesman and former public servant, Professor Sam Ejite Oyovbaire, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a patriotic Nigerian whose contributions to academia, governance and nation-building have left an enduring legacy.
