The Delta State Commissioner for Directorate of Transport, Hon. Onoriode Agofure, alongside staff of the Ministry of Transport, has extended warm felicitations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday.
