Senator Ned Nwoko representing Delta North in the National Assembly on Tuesday declared that he will return to the Senate in 2027, signaling his intention to seek another term representing the senatorial district.
In a statement to his constituents, Nwoko emphasized the need for continuity and sustained representation, noting that ongoing reforms at the national level require consistent leadership.
He aligned his position with the “Renewed Hope Agenda” of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which he said is already steering the country toward recovery and long-term growth.
The lawmaker also highlighted developments in Delta State under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, commending the MORE Agenda for driving meaningful progress across communities.
According to him, the initiatives are expanding opportunities, strengthening peace, and improving the quality of life for residents.
Nwoko said his decision to seek re-election is driven by the need to consolidate gains made so far and deepen ongoing development efforts.
He added that his priority remains ensuring that Delta North continues to have a strong and effective voice at the national level.
“As we approach 2027, I speak with clarity and purpose,” he said, stressing that his message is anchored on consolidation, continuity, and a commitment to delivering results.
He urged his constituents to remain united, expressing optimism that collective effort and sustained leadership would lead to a better future for all.
