The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has officially announced the commencement of its 2026 recruitment exercise, opening applications on Friday, July 3, 2026.
Qualified Nigerians are invited to apply for vacancies across three cadres: Officer, Marshal Inspectorate, and Road Marshal Assistant. The application window remains open for four weeks through the official FRSC recruitment portal.

Recruitment Categories & Requirements
1. Officer Cadre
Positions include Superintendent Route Commanders, Route Commanders/Deputy Route Commanders, and Assistant Route Commanders.
Eligible Applicants:
· Medical doctors, pharmacists, nurses, medical laboratory scientists
· Lawyers and engineers
· Graduates with B.Sc., BA, or HND
Age Requirement: 18 – 35 years
2. Marshal Inspectorate Cadre
Eligible Qualifications:
· NCE, ND/OND
· Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife
· Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
Age Requirement: 18 – 30 years
3. Road Marshal Assistant Cadre
Minimum Requirement: Three credits in SSCE including English Language and Mathematics
Artisans welcome: Computer operators, mechanics, electricians, plumbers, tailors, motorcycle riders, and drivers
Driver/Rider Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s licence
Articulated/Tow-Truck Drivers: 26 – 40 years
General Requirements
· Nationality: Nigerian by birth
· Computer literacy: Required
· Medical fitness: Must be medically fit
· Marital status: Must be single
· Height:
· Male: Minimum 1.65 metres
· Female: Minimum 1.58 metres
· Character: Must be of good character
· No tattoos on any part of the body
· No financial indebtedness
· No criminal record
· Pregnant women advised not to apply
