Justice Nyang Ekwo of a Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, ruled that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge Certificate obtained by Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State was authentic and genuine.

The court, in a judgement in the suit filed by the governor against NYSC seeking N20bn in damages, said without doubt, the Discharge Certificate of Mbah was issued by the Corps.

Justice Ekwo, therefore, awarded N5m damages against the defendants in the matter.
