Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Ede Dafinone, has felicitated the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday, commending her contributions to public service and humanitarian development.
Dafinone, in a birthday message issued on behalf of his family and the people of Delta Central, described the First Lady’s public service journey as a testament to her commitment to faith, compassion and national development.
He recalled her years as First Lady of Lagos State, her tenure as Senator representing Lagos Central and her current role as First Lady of Nigeria, noting that she had consistently demonstrated a commitment to serving the people.
According to Dafinone, through the Renewed Hope Initiative, Senator Oluremi Tinubu has focused on interventions in key areas including education, healthcare, social investment, agriculture and economic empowerment.
He said the initiatives had provided support to women, youths and vulnerable Nigerians across the country.
