The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday, describing the milestone as a significant moment for both the governor and the state.
In a statement signed by its Chairman, Emmanuel Enebeli, FCIMS, MNIPR, and Secretary, Shedrack Onitsha, FCIMS, MNIPR, the Forum noted that Governor Oborevwori’s birthday coincides with the completion of three years of his administration, providing an opportunity to assess the achievements and impact of his government.
According to DOPF, the administration has made notable efforts in advancing Delta State’s development agenda through the execution of infrastructure projects, governance reforms, and investments in critical sectors of the economy.
The Forum also acknowledged the governor’s commitment to continuity in governance and the implementation of policies aimed at improving the welfare and living standards of residents across the state.
“As stakeholders in the information and media space, we have closely observed developments in the state and appreciate the importance of accountable leadership, prudent management of public resources, and sustained engagement with citizens in the pursuit of development objectives,” the statement said.
DOPF commended Governor Oborevwori for his service to Delta State and encouraged his administration to sustain initiatives that promote inclusive growth, strengthen public institutions, and address the evolving needs of the people.
The Forum further expressed optimism that the governor would continue to build on the gains recorded over the past three years in office.
DOPF wished Governor Oborevwori good health, wisdom, and strength as he continues to discharge the responsibilities of his office and lead the state toward greater development.
