Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, a Fulani socio-cultural organisation, has warned that it may not support the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections unless its national president, Bello Bodejo, is released from the custody of the State Security Service (SSS).
The group stated this during a press conference held at Bodejo’s residence in Uke, Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. Fulani leaders from different parts of the country attended the meeting.

Speaking at the event, the Nasarawa State chairman of the organisation, Akhajo Abubakar, said the group would support political leaders who showed genuine commitment to the welfare and development of the Fulani community.
“We did not vote for APC to arrest our leaders. Our votes this time will go to those who want our progress,” Abubakar said.

He also claimed that Fulani voters in Nasarawa State were more than one million, although he did not provide evidence or official figures to support the claim.
Bodejo is currently facing a money laundering case, while a court had earlier reduced the bail bond attached to the case.
