Three professors and one pastor made the list of committee set up by Davido to comb Nigeria and identify orphanages to receive the funds.
Among the professors are Professor Jonathan Nwosu, Professor Yahana Joel Asabe of Northern Nigeria Seventh Day Adventist Union Conference and Professor Uloma Onuoha.
The one pastor in the team is Pastor Oyalabu of Spring Time Development Foundation.
According to him, the terms of reference is to compile a list of orphanages across Nigeria, identify their needs, the number of children in them and divide the funds accordingly.
He added that for the purpose of transparency, the committee will publish names of orphanages and how much each is to receive.
The list of orphanages and their account details will be submitted to Wema Bank who will then credit each of the orphanages.
