A young man from the Anioma part of Delta state, Mr. Ezea Kemute, has engaged in a violent abuse on his wife whom he has just thrown an exotic birthday party for.

An eye witness told Emerald News that just one month after Mr. Kemute celebrated the birthday party which was talk-of- the-town in honour of his wife, things went upside down in their family.

Our source said that the man suddenly started beating his wife, calling her all sorts of names few weeks after the party.

According to our source, Mr. Kemute claimed that his wife who also hails from his town bewitched him and made him to waste his resources in the name of birthday party.

This meduim gathered that his wife kept on telling him that she just succumbed to the wish of her husband to celebrate her birthday in a grand style but the man declined and said that he would not have spent such amount of money conciously on a birthday party.

Our source said that such birthday party was a rare one as the man’s wife had twenty-one bridal train whom she made three different types of clothes for during the birthday party.

Our source added that these twenty-one bridal train ushered the celebrant inside the event centre three good times with three different attires she made for them.

According to our source, Mr. Kemute who killed one big cow for the occasion was displaying different types of dancing steps with his wife and children that day while the over fed mammoth crowd watched them in admiration.

This medium gathered that Mr. Kemute realized that his business has drastically gone down and is finding it difficult to cater for his family after the party.

Our source also said that his marriage was at the verge of ship wrecking as Mr. Kemute has been battering his wife and calling her an evil woman.

Emerald News gathered that several efforts for family and friends to intervene in the matter became futile.
