The official grand opening of MNS Agency Travel and Tours Ltd. took place on Thursday in Abuja, heralding the launch of what is set to become Nigeria’s premier travel and tourism agency.

The event was graced by an esteemed lineup of dignitaries, including the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo SAN, and the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Hannatu Musa Musawa, both of whom were ably represented.

During the event, the agency’s visionary founder and CEO, Laila Charani-Nwoko, wife of Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko, shared the inspiration behind the establishment of MNS Agency.

She highlighted the agency’s unwavering commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and its mission to redefine travel experiences in Nigeria and beyond.

“Coming from Morocco, a country renowned for its thriving tourism sector, I have always understood the importance of structured and world-class travel services.

“Morocco’s tourism has flourished over the years due to its dedication to hospitality, ease of travel, and diverse attractions. It is this same passion and commitment that we bring to Nigeria through MNS Agency.

“Our goal is not just to facilitate travel, but to create unforgettable experiences that will change the way people explore the world,” she said.

Laila also made an exciting announcement at the event: MNS Travel & Tours is offering a 20% discount on all flights for the first 50 bookings.

This special offer reflects the agency’s commitment to providing affordable and accessible travel options for all customers.

Standing by her side throughout the event was her ever-supportive husband, Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko.

Known for his adventurous spirit and global recognition in the travel and tourism industry, Senator Nwoko shared his insights into the immense potential of the sector.

“Morocco is one of the best examples of a country that truly understands the value of tourism. Its ease of travel, preservation of culture, and investment in tourism infrastructure have made it a global model for hospitality.

“My first visit to Morocco was an eye-opener, and every subsequent trip has shown me just how far they’ve come. Nigeria must learn from this approach,” he remarked.

Senator Nwoko, who holds the distinction of being the first Black man to visit the South Pole, Antarctica, spoke passionately about the power of tourism to promote economic growth, cultural exchange, and global understanding.

“Tourism is one of the most powerful tools for national development. It creates jobs, fosters international partnerships, and showcases a country’s rich heritage.

“When it is properly structured, tourism becomes an economic powerhouse. This is why I am so excited about MNS Agency. It is not just another travel company—it is part of a movement to redefine how Nigerians and Africans experience the world,” he emphasized.
